At Talhenbont Hall we are always looking for a way to improve and offer even more to our visitors. With this in mind, later on this year we have plans to finish building a new Terrace onto the rear of the Coach House. This entirely new space, which we’re excited to share with our clients, will offer a new outdoor space for couples, suitable for both ceremonies, drinks receptions and simply a beautiful photo opportunity. The Coach House Terrace will feature a sunken fire-pit, ample seating, mood lighting and views of the River Dwyfach.
Despite wedding restrictions lifting, the trend towards outdoor weddings or outdoor ceremonies are sure to continue, especially with carefully curated event spaces like this. This addition to Talhenbont’s Estate will add a beautiful new location for weddings and events for potential future weddings.
While Talhenbont Hall is perhaps best known for its beautiful architecture and stunning grounds, there have been some new additions that you may not have been expecting. Our most recent step towards offering an even better experience to our guests is the recent refurbishment of the Coach House lavatories. Both the men’s and women’s have been updated to fit better with the vintage luxury of the rest of the premises. The men’s has a rustic aesthetic, with high tank toilets and original farmhouse locks, whereas the ladies has a clean, modern aesthetic with rose-gold, heaps of flora, and the perfect lighting and decor for those memorable wedding selfies.
These renovations are part of our greater initiative to further improve the spacious Coach House for events, which on top of the new facilities recently has had a total overhaul, and has become one of Talhenbont’s stand out spaces, sporting an entirely new interior, bar and- as mentioned- new loos! Couples that enjoy the country look, or are after a versatile wedding space, contact the team today to arrange a viewing.
